We are looking for ways to add more seamless integration with the many CRMs of the world. In the meantime you can link the email connections you make to your CRM by using the BCC feature in the email function of the Touch Wizard.
Most CRMs have an address that will sync or link an email directly to your CRM. Each CRM goes about it a little different, but here is an example of what it looks like in Insightly: smithbusiness-J184EFS12453@mailbox.insight.ly.
If you are able to identify this address you can add this to a contact’s list of email addresses. Then when you send them an email within the Refer.com software you can add the CRM address to the BCC field and the message will be reflected in your CRM history.
