Where and how do I record a referral in Engage Pro?

In the Relationship Central dashboard, click on a contact’s name or profile picture to access his or her Action Center. Click the green arrow in the Quick Actions under the contact’s name to record a referral.

A popover will appear for you to record notes, the referral value, and contact information for both received and sent referrals.

Referrals and any other connections will be logged and edited in your Touch History Timeline located in the second tab of the message composer to the right.
